Bedrooms

Indulgence Rooms

You will find plenty of space in our Indulgence rooms offering king-sized beds that are perfect to unwind in. And with Nespresso coffee machines, flat screen televisions and 1600 individual pocket sprung mattresses you will have a great nights rest.

Delcombe is dog friendly if you want to give your dog the VIPup treatment. This is at a 20 supplement and must be confirmed over the phone and by email prior to arrival.

Suite

Our two suites Goldilocks & Uddens, with their Four Poster beds and feature bathtubs in the rooms are the most luxurious in the house. Both Beautiful Bedrooms have a shower in an en-suite bathroom.

Uddens has a Super King-sized bed whilst Goldilocks with its wooden floor is dog friendly if you want to give your dog the VIPup treatment. Please contact us direct over the phone or by email prior to arrival if you have a preference.

Comfy Rooms

Rooms include monsoon showers, Nespresso coffee machines, flat screen televisions and 1600 individual pocket sprung mattresses. Not to mention lovely plump pillows and soft sheets that guarantee a relaxing night's rest. All rates include full English breakfast, inclusive of VAT.

We also welcome well-behaved dogs in our Somerley and Hooke rooms at a charge of £20 per stay to give your dog the VIPup treatment. This must be confirmed with the hotel over the phone or email prior to arrival.

Cosy Rooms

Small but perfectly formed, our Ringwood room is the smallest with a double bed, but with all the charm and character of any of our Beautiful Bedrooms. With fine Egyptian cotton linen, bathrobes, hospitality tray, and Bramley toiletries in a luxury en suite bathroom.

Family Room

Our lovely Family room featuring a four poster bed alongside an additional sofa bed and a well-appointed en-suite bathroom with monsoon shower. Your family break promises to be memorable with a stay at The Bear of Burton. Bookings include one child; a further child may be booked at £30 per night.

Rooms include Nespresso coffee machines, flat screen televisions and 1600 individual pocket spring mattresses, not to mention lovely plump pillows and soft sheets that guarantee a relaxing night's rest and a wonderful relaxed stay. All rates include full English breakfast, inclusive of VAT.

Group Bookings

All bookings of five or more rooms will be subject to our group booking terms.

Children and extra beds

Children under the age of 2 years old using a travel cot or staying in the bed with parents can stay free of charge.

Children aged 2 to 12 years old requiring an extra bed will be charged £35 per night including breakfast. Children between these ages not requiring an extra bed will only be charged for any additional meals such as breakfast.

Children over the age of 12 years old will be charged as adults. Our extra beds are not suitable for over 12’s.

No children under 18 years old are allowed to stay unaccompanied by an adult.

Please note that not all our rooms can accommodate extra beds so please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

Pets

We have a number of dog friendly rooms available. Please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability. A small VIPup dog charge will be added to your booking of £20 per stay (plus £10 for any additional dogs, up to a maximum of two per room).

Pet Policy

Our Dogs deserve a holiday as much as we do so we have a selection of specially allocated rooms for you and your pooch to sleep comfortably during your stay.

All we ask is that you *let us know if you intend on bringing your dog before booking your accommodation* - this way we can make sure one of our lovely dog-friendly rooms is available and ready to welcome you both. Any requests for dog friendly rooms must be confirmed by the hotel prior to arrival.

Dogs are welcome to dine with you in the bar and garden but are not permitted in the main dining areas. Please request a dog friendly table when making any table reservations.

House Rules

• We must be made aware at the time of booking if you’d like to bring your dog along to stay and this must be confirmed by the hotel.

• Whilst in the hotel and garden, dogs are to be kept on a lead at all times.

• Dogs should not be left alone in your room unattended when not in the hotel.

• We kindly ask that all dog owners clean up after their dogs at all times.

• Please ensure that your dog does not foul in the room, chew or scratch the furnitre. You will be required to settle any costs for the damages on behalf of your pet. This may be settled after departure whereby a member of the management team will contact you accordingly.

• A small VIPup charge of £20 per stay will be added to your booking (plus £10 for any additional dogs up to a maximum of two per room). This includes a paw pamper packages and a sausage for your dog at breakfast!

 

Booking Terms & Conditions

Making a booking

By making a booking you are confirming that you are authorised to do so on behalf of all persons named in the booking and you are acknowledging that all members of your party agree to be bound by these Booking Terms & Conditions. When your booking has been made a confirmation will be sent to you by email using the email address that you have supplied, or by post. Booking confirmations are subject to the availability of accommodation at the hotel. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation as soon as you receive it. You must contact the hotel immediately if any of the details are incorrect or incomplete. We will always endeavour to rectify any inaccuracies or accommodate any alterations you wish to make to your booking. We cannot accept liability for any inaccuracies that are not brought to our attention within seven days of issuing your confirmation, nor can we accept responsibility for inaccurate information that you have supplied.

Paying for your booking

At the time of booking, card details will be required to guarantee your reservation. In some instances, a deposit or full non-refundable pre-payment may be required at the time of booking, or at a stated date prior to your arrival. The amount of payment required at the time of booking will be advised to you when making your booking. Unless stated as part of your booking, additional items such as (but not limited to) the cost of external telephone calls, meals, drinks or damages, are not included in the price of your stay. If you incur any such additional costs you must settle the sum involved prior to your departure from the hotel.

Price changes

We reserve the right to increase or decrease the price of unsold stays at any time. The price of your chosen stay will be confirmed when your booking is made and, with the exception of any errors, we will not increase this price once it has been confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any errors in advertised and confirmed prices and will do so as soon as we become aware of an error. We will notify you of any price discrepancies relating to your booking should they arise, but we strongly advise you to check that the final price of your booking is correct before making your final confirmation.

Amendments to your booking

If you have made a reservation with us directly (either through our website, over the phone, or in person) please email or call us to modify or cancel your booking. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. If you have booked through a travel agent or other online booking service, you will need to contact them to request your change or cancellation.

Cancellations & Cancellation Policies

Our cancellation policy differs based on the rate type booked. Please check your booking confirmation to see which you booked.

Flexible Rate - If cancelled by midday the day before arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Advance Rate - Pre-paid, non-refundable rate. If cancelled or in case of a no-show, the full payment will be retained.

We strongly recommend that guests seek appropriate travel insurance cover in case of any unforeseen circumstances arising causing a need for you to cancel your reservation
